Additionally, Nicholas Guarino filed for a search warrant because he said he wanted to use Apple Health data to track Walshe's movements, yet he went out of his way to invalidate John O'Keefe's Apple Health data showing him going up and down Brian Albert's stairs. They also recorded every single witness interview and used Cellebrite data extraction to charge Walseh with murder. Yet in Karen Read's case they didn't tape a single witness interview and not only ignored Cellebrite data, but went on an international search looking for experts to refute it.

Meredith O'Neil's Temu Attorney Thomas Dougherty has filed a motion to close Monday's hearing to the public. This is not a serious motion, and he is not a serious attorney. He also inadvertently made himself a witness by lying and saying that he was assaulted by @Cputommy, when in fact he is on video assaulting Tom and challenging him to a fight. Over the weekend the Plymouth Police Department announced that Officer Samantha Perline was placed on unpaid leave and was under investigation by the State Police. It was not disclosed why.
