According to a search warrant written by Michael Proctor, John Fanning extracted accused wife killer Brian Walshe's phone and then gave him back his phone the next day. They took my phones a year ago and won't give them back because.....boomer reasons. Additionally, Nicholas Guarino filed for a search warrant because he said he wanted to use Apple Health data to track Walshe's movements, yet he went out of his way to invalidate John O'Keefe's Apple Health data showing him going up and down Brian Albert's stairs. They also recorded every single witness interview and used Cellebrite data extraction to charge Walseh with murder. Yet in Karen Read's case they didn't tape a single witness interview and not only ignored Cellebrite data, but went on an international search looking for experts to refute it.

On April 12, 2023 Alan Jackson filed a 94 page affidavit outlining how a Boston Police Officer was murdered inside the home of another Boston Police Officer, and how the murder was covered up by an ATF Agent, a "soccer Mom", an 18 year old punk, and a corrupt State Police Detective. No one seemed to notice or care because the mainstream media refused to report on the hand fed story of the century given to them on a silver platter. Here is a list of all of the things Globe reporter Tonya Alanez (who has never once tweeted about Read or O'Keefe) willfully chose not to include in her story, along with a headline and cover photo which guaranteed that the public would not read it or care:
