The latest @Bederowlaw letter has been sent to the DA's Office. New information discovered in email correspondences, outlines how Kate Peter initiated and inserted herself into a criminal investigation, and carried out tasks delegated to her by Special Prosecutor Ken Mello. She also regularly communicated with Brian Tully, Yuri Bukhenik, and John Fanning, and provided them with completely unvetted, third hand “evidence,” that Mello presented to a grand jury that indicted me on several counts of witness intimidation. Mello and the NCDAO State Police Detective’s Unit willfully ignored the fact that Ms. Peter is motivated by an obsessive hatred of me, previously created forged federal documents that she submitted to YouTube in a failed attempt to strike my channel for copyright, and was facing criminal charges in 4 different courts (including 2 in Norfolk County) that she ended up receiving favorable treatment in. The other day on Brother Counsel's debate with former Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg we saw how dangerous it can be when clowns attain state sanctioned power. He didn't know any of the facts, didn't care about any of the expert testimony, and baselessly said that Karen Read was acquitted due to jury nullification. But what I thought was most ridiculous was when he said there was no probable cause to search Brian Albert's house, despite the fact that John O'Keefe was invited there and was found dead on Albert's lawn. I know how ridiculous that is because Brian Tully got a judge to sign a search warrant for my house, and the probable cause was that I did a YouTube show in my house, and supposedly there would be more witness intimidation inside the house, as if it's a bloody knife or DNA. Michael Proctor is the root cause of all of the McAlberts' problems. If Karen Read was really guilty, and if Proctor did a thorough job investigating Read and eliminating other posisble suspects, then there would be no Free Karen Read movement, she would be in jail, and no one would know who the McAlberts are. Instead, as a direct result of his investigation, the vast majority of people believe Read is innocent and the McAlberts are far from that. Yet Matt McCabe and Jen McCabe's father both wrote emails to the governor demanding that Proctor not lose his job, and praising the work he did.
