Make no mistake about it - Nicholas Guarino, John Fanning, and the State Police covered for Matthew Farwell and allowed him to walk the streets for 3.5 years despite being a murderer and a rapist. They did this because he was a cop. They intentionally did not read over 32K disturbing text messages showing Farwell's motive to murder and his proclivity for violence. They interviewed him in a school parking lot and didn't record it.
