Alan Jackson wrote a letter to Mayor Wu and the POST Commission, demanding that Commissioner Cox be disciplined and put on the Brady List for lying about not knowing that Kelly Dever had anything to do with the Karen Read case when he met her in his office on February 23, 2024. We all knew this was a lie, but we only got the proof last week because North Carolina Attorney @Marbury_v_Mad sued the Commonwealth when her public records request was denied, and she got back an email from a FBI agent to Cox on 2/22/24 referencing Dever's involvement in the Read case. He met with her the next day, and she abruptly changed her testimony. If the defense had been given this email prior to the first trial, as was required under Rule 14, they could've called Cox and Dever as witnesses. SURPRISE!!! Robert Cosgrove is attempting to do the same thing that Hank Brennan did after Michael Proctor became too problematic to handle - hiding his role in the investigation into Turtleboy in order to prevent Proctor from being cross examined as a witness. But thanks to North Carolina Attorney @Marbury_v_Mad records request, we now know that the Commonwealth, 1) intentionally withheld emails they were ordered to give to the defense which show that Proctor was involved in my investigation, and 2) lied about Proctor's involvement in the investigation in order to prevent us from reading his text messages. Most people do not have the time, resources, or knowledge of the law that Attorney Corri Hopkins has to file a lawsuit to obtain these records. BREAKING The charges against Turtleboy for witness intimidation and wiretapping in the Lindsey Gaetani matter have officially been dropped by Michael Morrissey today. They cannot find anyone to prosecute the case, as Robert Cosgrove had to recuse himself after Gaetani sued him, and Michael Morrissey couldn't appoint a new special prosecutor because she's threatening to sue him too. BREAKING Michael Proctor's attorney Daniel Moynihan dropped his appeal of Proctor's termination yesterday. This comes 2 days after a new filing in the Brian Walshe case, in which 13 years of deleted text messages were discovered in his iCloud. The motion states that the data is discoverable for Myles King, not Walshe. Myles King is black. According to sources who are "friends" from Proctor's inner circle, Proctor has admitted that the text messages are racist, and are directed at defendants AND coworkers.
