SURPRISE!!! Robert Cosgrove is attempting to do the same thing that Hank Brennan did after Michael Proctor became too problematic to handle - hiding his role in the investigation into Turtleboy in order to prevent Proctor from being cross examined as a witness. But thanks to North Carolina Attorney @Marbury_v_Mad records request, we now know that the Commonwealth, 1) intentionally withheld emails they were ordered to give to the defense which show that Proctor was involved in my investigation, and 2) lied about Proctor's involvement in the investigation in order to prevent us from reading his text messages. Most people do not have the time, resources, or knowledge of the law that Attorney Corri Hopkins has to file a lawsuit to obtain these records. The other day on Brother Counsel's debate with former Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg we saw how dangerous it can be when clowns attain state sanctioned power. He didn't know any of the facts, didn't care about any of the expert testimony, and baselessly said that Karen Read was acquitted due to jury nullification. But what I thought was most ridiculous was when he said there was no probable cause to search Brian Albert's house, despite the fact that John O'Keefe was invited there and was found dead on Albert's lawn. I know how ridiculous that is because Brian Tully got a judge to sign a search warrant for my house, and the probable cause was that I did a YouTube show in my house, and supposedly there would be more witness intimidation inside the house, as if it's a bloody knife or DNA. Michael Proctor is the root cause of all of the McAlberts' problems. If Karen Read was really guilty, and if Proctor did a thorough job investigating Read and eliminating other posisble suspects, then there would be no Free Karen Read movement, she would be in jail, and no one would know who the McAlberts are. Instead, as a direct result of his investigation, the vast majority of people believe Read is innocent and the McAlberts are far from that. Yet Matt McCabe and Jen McCabe's father both wrote emails to the governor demanding that Proctor not lose his job, and praising the work he did.
