SURPRISE!!! Robert Cosgrove is attempting to do the same thing that Hank Brennan did after Michael Proctor became too problematic to handle - hiding his role in the investigation into Turtleboy in order to prevent Proctor from being cross examined as a witness. But thanks to North Carolina Attorney @Marbury_v_Mad records request, we now know that the Commonwealth, 1) intentionally withheld emails they were ordered to give to the defense which show that Proctor was involved in my investigation, and 2) lied about Proctor's involvement in the investigation in order to prevent us from reading his text messages. Most people do not have the time, resources, or knowledge of the law that Attorney Corri Hopkins has to file a lawsuit to obtain these records.
