BREAKING The charges against Turtleboy for witness intimidation and wiretapping in the Lindsey Gaetani matter have officially been dropped by Michael Morrissey today. They cannot find anyone to prosecute the case, as Robert Cosgrove had to recuse himself after Gaetani sued him, and Michael Morrissey couldn't appoint a new special prosecutor because she's threatening to sue him too.
