They cannot find anyone to prosecute the case, as Robert Cosgrove had to recuse himself after Gaetani sued him, and Michael Morrissey couldn't appoint a new special prosecutor because she's threatening to sue him too. He switched seats with Denise and Bob Galvin—Jennifer McCabe’s sister and brother‑in‑law—while she was being cross‑examined.
