The Turtleboy Legal Defense Team has filed a motion to recuse Robert Cosgrove from all of the original Canton witness intimidation indictments. He is being sued by Lindsey Gaetani, who is undeniably a witness in the Canton indictments, and thus creates an irreconcilable conflict for him.

Sean Goode is on paid leave, which is almost impossible to do in Canton because you usually get promoted when you do something bad.
