The Turtleboy Legal Defense Team has filed a motion to recuse Robert Cosgrove from all of the original Canton witness intimidation indictments. He is being sued by Lindsey Gaetani, who is undeniably a witness in the Canton indictments, and thus creates an irreconcilable conflict for him.
