In a major victory for the First Amendment a federal judge has ruled that many aspects of Auntie Bev's buffer zone violate the First Amendment, and that police were in the wrong when they arrested Erica Walsh, told Jason Grant he couldn't hold a bible quote, manhandled Tom Derosier for filming, and told Michael Bryant he couldn't walk in the buffer zone. The buffer zone still exists, but the Gestapo tactics from Sgt. Hardman inside of it are officially over. Meredith O'Neil's Temu Attorney Thomas Dougherty has filed a motion to close Monday's hearing to the public. This is not a serious motion, and he is not a serious attorney. He also inadvertently made himself a witness by lying and saying that he was assaulted by @Cputommy, when in fact he is on video assaulting Tom and challenging him to a fight. This was after we witnessed him assaulting @LamarVsAllen in court. Over the weekend the Plymouth Police Department announced that Officer Samantha Perline was placed on unpaid leave and was under investigation by the State Police. It was not disclosed why.
