Kate Peter denies the damning allegations against her in an after David signed by a source she trusted for almost a year. One of the things she is denying is having influence with the DA's Office and meeting Michael Morrissey with Jennifer McCabe on March 16 - 2 days before Robert Cosgrove filed a motion to revoke my bail. Cosgrove had assured us on March 14 that he was not going to revoke my bail. Then the March 16 meeting happened. And in new text messages Ms. Peter brags to the source that she sent "A LOT" of emails to Cosgrove that day. She knew that my bail was going to be revoked more than an hour before I did.
