A sworn affidavit filed in Norfolk Superior Court alleges that Commonwealth agent Kate Peter was paid $1,500 a month by the Norfolk County DA's Office and bribed with a couch by Jennifer McCabe to post misinformation about Karen Read and Turtleboy in an attempt to have us both incarcerated. Ms. Peter also claims that Jennifer McCabe threatened Michael Morrissey that she would not testify against Karen Read unless I was incarcerated for the trial, which is why they tried to revoke my bail on March 18. On April 30, 2025, Paul O’Keefe was moved to the back after a juror reported that his sexual staring made her uncomfortable. He switched seats with Denise and Bob Galvin—Jennifer McCabe’s sister and brother‑in‑law—while she was being cross‑examined. The Galvins and Karl Dugal spent the day staring down Karen Read and Alan Jackson.
At sidebar, @BostonDefender reminded Judge Cannone that the Galvins had previously harassed and threatened Read and Jackson outside CF McCarthy’s, and that Dugal had been banned from the first trial for assaulting Read. Cannone still allowed them to remain because Jackson wouldn’t say he felt physically threatened by a woman.
