Yesterday Rafferty informed him that she was conflicted, so she had referred it to the Norfolk County DA's Office. At sidebar, @BostonDefender reminded Judge Cannone that the Galvins had previously harassed and threatened Read and Jackson outside CF McCarthy’s, and that Dugal had been banned from the first trial for assaulting Read.
