He is intentionally putting me on the list, knowing he's not going to call me, in order to prevent me from attending the trial, watching the trial online, and making a living by doing my shows and writing stories about the trial. Meredith O'Neil's Temu Attorney Thomas Dougherty has filed a motion to close Monday's hearing to the public. This is not a serious motion, and he is not a serious attorney. He also inadvertently made himself a witness by lying and saying that he was assaulted by @Cputommy, when in fact he is on video assaulting Tom and challenging him to a fight. This was after we witnessed him assaulting @LamarVsAllen in court. Over the weekend the Plymouth Police Department announced that Officer Samantha Perline was placed on unpaid leave and was under investigation by the State Police. It was not disclosed why.
