The Commonwealth is alleging that I committed felony witness intimidation on the night of 12/23 at the FV’s house. It's time to tell the real story and bring ALL the receipts, which I did in this article. The Commonwealth alleges that I “told her in no uncertain terms that when she went to the grand jury, she was going to tell them that she knew nothing about the case.” They also claim that I “told her he wanted to delete data related to the Read case that was on her phone, and that I “threatened her in saying that if she didn’t cooperate, he would destroy her in front of her kids by publishing old probate court records that he had acquired.” All of this can be proven to be untrue simply by reviewing screenshots of our conversation from December 21-23. Some of these are embarrassing for me to share, as they are private in nature and never intended to be seen by a larger audience. I’m ashamed that I would ever associate with a person like Lindsey Gaetani. I wish she would go away and move on with her life, but unfortunately the Commonwealth has chosen to exploit this dangerous woman with a clear agenda to, in her own words, “fucking destroy” me. Sharing these messages is the only way I can defend myself. https://tbdailynews.com/commonwealth-completely-lied-about-witness-intimidation-incident-that-put-award-winning-journalist-in-jail-for-60-days/
In a major victory for the First Amendment a federal judge has ruled that many aspects of Auntie Bev's buffer zone violate the First Amendment, and that police were in the wrong when they arrested Erica Walsh, told Jason Grant he couldn't hold a bible quote, manhandled Tom Derosier for filming, and told Michael Bryant he couldn't walk in the buffer zone. The buffer zone still exists, but the Gestapo tactics from Sgt. Hardman inside of it are officially over. None of this would be possible without the hard work of Marc Randazza and the Center for Liberty. https://tbdailynews.com/2025/05/29/canton-coverup-part-516-federal-judge-reprimands-state-police-for-wrongly-enforcing-beverly-cannones-unconstitutional-buffer-zone/
