The Commonwealth is alleging that I committed felony witness intimidation on the night of 12/23 at the FV’s house. It's time to tell the real story and bring ALL the receipts, which I did in this article. The Commonwealth alleges that I “told her in no uncertain terms that when she went to the grand jury, she was going to tell them that she knew nothing about the case.” They also claim that I “told her he wanted to delete data related to the Read case that was on her phone, and that I “threatened her in saying that if she didn’t cooperate, he would destroy her in front of her kids by publishing old probate court records that he had acquired.” All of this can be proven to be untrue simply by reviewing screenshots of our conversation from December 21-23. Some of these are embarrassing for me to share, as they are private in nature and never intended to be seen by a larger audience. I’m ashamed that I would ever associate with a person like Lindsey Gaetani. I wish she would go away and move on with her life, but unfortunately the Commonwealth has chosen to exploit this dangerous woman with a clear agenda to, in her own words, “fucking destroy” me. The other day on Brother Counsel's debate with former Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg we saw how dangerous it can be when clowns attain state sanctioned power. He didn't know any of the facts, didn't care about any of the expert testimony, and baselessly said that Karen Read was acquitted due to jury nullification. But what I thought was most ridiculous was when he said there was no probable cause to search Brian Albert's house, despite the fact that John O'Keefe was invited there and was found dead on Albert's lawn. I know how ridiculous that is because Brian Tully got a judge to sign a search warrant for my house, and the probable cause was that I did a YouTube show in my house, and supposedly there would be more witness intimidation inside the house, as if it's a bloody knife or DNA. Michael Proctor is the root cause of all of the McAlberts' problems. If Karen Read was really guilty, and if Proctor did a thorough job investigating Read and eliminating other posisble suspects, then there would be no Free Karen Read movement, she would be in jail, and no one would know who the McAlberts are. Instead, as a direct result of his investigation, the vast majority of people believe Read is innocent and the McAlberts are far from that. Yet Matt McCabe and Jen McCabe's father both wrote emails to the governor demanding that Proctor not lose his job, and praising the work he did.
