We are going to make history. State Rep Nicholas Boldyga saw what was happening to me, the Canton 9, the Bukkake Bunch, and Rich Schiffer, and decided to do something about it. In January he will be writing legislation to get rid of the witness intimidation statute and write a new one from scratch. If you don't understand how dangerous this law is, here's an explanation of all the ways the police can use it to violate your First Amendment rights:

Myles King is a gangsta rapper who is almost definitely guilty of murdering another man who he was previously found outside the house of in a stolen car with a loaded gun. Michael Proctor was the lead investigator and did things he didn't do in the Karen Read case, like pull dozens of surveillance videos to indict King. But he didn't turn over mountains of discovery. Consequently, Judge Doolin lowered King's bail from $1 million to $10K, because he was incarcerated for so long without a trial. This clearly dangerous person is now free. Lally was called to testify in court today about why he didn't press Proctor about the discovery, and his answers were pretty telling: https://tbdailynews.com/2025/07/21/canton-coverup-part-525-rapper-charged-with-murder-freed-on-bail-due-to-incompetence-and-corruption-of-michael-proctor-and-adam-lally/
The AFKR trolls are getting their hopes up for nothing again. Here's a written explanation detailing a lot of what I went over last night. Nothing that Jessica Leslie leaked about the federal grand jury was ever sent to me or Karen Read, as much as I wish it was. She did indeed tell some of her girlfriends about it, but the reason she got caught and they went through her phone was a tweet about the CDL scandal indictments. Sorry, but I'm not going down for this and neither is anyone else: https://tbdailynews.com/2025/07/16/canton-coverup-part-524-grand-juror-who-leaked-information-on-federal-investigation-into-mcalberts-only-told-friends-and-got-busted-by-tweet-about-state-police-cdl-scandal/
