Attorney Mark Bederow wrote a short letter to Special Prosecutor Robert Cosgrove today, demanding evidence that is being withheld from us, if the Fake Victim is being truthful. She claims that YouTube content creator Mike Crawford from the Young Jurks edited "wiretapped" audio that I have been indicted for, in which she can be heard threatening to harm her children if I left her apartment. In a major victory for the First Amendment a federal judge has ruled that many aspects of Auntie Bev's buffer zone violate the First Amendment, and that police were in the wrong when they arrested Erica Walsh, told Jason Grant he couldn't hold a bible quote, manhandled Tom Derosier for filming, and told Michael Bryant he couldn't walk in the buffer zone. The buffer zone still exists, but the Gestapo tactics from Sgt. Hardman inside of it are officially over.
