Attorney Mark Bederow wrote a short letter to Special Prosecutor Robert Cosgrove today, demanding evidence that is being withheld from us, if the Fake Victim is being truthful. She claims that YouTube content creator Mike Crawford from the Young Jurks edited "wiretapped" audio that I have been indicted for, in which she can be heard threatening to harm her children if I left her apartment. Ken Mello was charged yesterday with threatening to stab a nurse in Fall River because he was dissatisfied with the healthcare treatment he received. He believed that he should've gotten a stretcher out to the car, and simply was offered a pillow instead. This is the same person who claimed that I was a danger and should have my bail revoked multiple times because of jokes I made on my YouTube shows. The taxpayers paid over $100K to this man before he got himself recused by making himself a witness and pretended to be dying.

Meredith O'Neil's Temu Attorney Thomas Dougherty has filed a motion to close Monday's hearing to the public. This is not a serious motion, and he is not a serious attorney. He also inadvertently made himself a witness by lying and saying that he was assaulted by @Cputommy, when in fact he is on video assaulting Tom and challenging him to a fight. This was after we witnessed him assaulting @LamarVsAllen in court.
