Peggy and Paul O'Keefe lost majorly in court when a judge denied their attempt to strip Karen Read of her 5th Amendment rights in their grifting lawsuit against her. But no one was a bigger loser than the McAlberts, who can now be deposed by Read's attorneys, and be forced to hand over their phones, and will no longer have Beverly Cannone to save them.
