Karen Read: In their opposition to the defense's motion to dismiss based on the news that multiple jurors are alleging that they voted 12-0 to acquit Karen Read, the Commonwealth claimed that these allegations "lacked any merit." We now know that they were well aware that the allegations didn't lack merit, because the same juror that reached out to the defense also reached out to the Commonwealth. They were ignored.
