Michael Morrissey thinks the First Amendment should be banned anywhere near the taxpayer funded courthouse because the sight of these people will intimidate jurors into acquitting Karen Read. Luckily the ACLU has joined Attorney Marc Randazza in filing motions opposing the 500 foot buffer zone that hopefully will be heard tomorrow. https://tbdailynews.com/canton-coverup-part-325-aclu-joins-attorney-marc-randazza-in-filing-motions-to-oppose-commonwealths-banning-of-protesters-outside-karen-read-trial/
Crazy day in court yesterday: It started with Hank Brennan whining, ''Turtleboy bad', Eliza being fire: Then chaos ensued.
Last night, we broke down what happened at the Karen Read hearing. Now up on Spotify too.
Two weeks ago the Hull Police announced that they had launched an investigation into allegations that a teacher at the high school was being inappropriate with students. Sources tell us that the allegations are that she bought them beer and had inappropriate text messages with them. The school never released Lexi Hensen's name and she blocked me when I reached out to her, but her Instagram really says it all: https://tbdailynews.com/no-new-information-on-investigation-into-hull-high-school-educator-placed-on-leave-for-allegations-of-inappropriate-relationships-with-students/
Everyone's buzzing about my interview with Ronnie the Karen Read juror. Many were shocked about how dumb the jurors he described sounded, and although I agree with that assessment I think it was extremely valuable information for the defense to use in the retrial:
