The Commonwealth coached John O'Keefe's nephew to lie about an incident involving steak tips and Jen McCabe also got a heads up about a lie she had told so she could make up a story before her testimony. Michael Proctor may have violated the sequestration order: https://tbdailynews.com/canton-coverup-part-477-commonwealth-coached-john-okeefes-nephew-and-jennifer-mccabe-to-alter-testimony-michael-proctor-likely-violated-sequestration-order-based-on-text-message-to-adam-lally/
I always operated under the assumption that the SJC and the Feds wouldn't save Karen Read. It would've been nice, but ultimately I'm focused on winning at trial 2, so although it would've been nice for the SJC to do the right thing, it doesn't really matter. However, at least 3 jurors are pretty upset about it, and one of them has agreed to come on the Live Show Saturday night to talk about it https://tbdailynews.com/canton-coverup-part-476-multiple-karen-read-jurors-condemn-criminal-justice-system-judge-cannone-jury-foreman-in-light-of-sjc-ruling-denying-motion-to-dismiss-on-double-jeopardy-grounds/
As I mentioned on the Live Show Saturday night, the foreman of the grand jury that indicted Karen Read for murder is named Tammy Pugsley. There is a Tammy Pugsley who lives in Milton, whose father in law was Robert Pugsley - one of 7 brothers who served on the Boston Police Department. Their father Arthur joined the force in 1929 and was featured on the Game Show "I've Got a Secret." https://tbdailynews.com/canton-coverup-part-475-foreman-of-grand-jury-that-indicted-karen-read-for-murder-appears-to-be-from-family-where-father-and-7-sons-were-all-boston-police-officers/
